Sony And Spotify Launche PlayStation Music

Sony has introduced a new music destination called PlayStation Music, with Spotify as the exclusive partner.

PlayStation Music will be available in spring 2015 in 41 countries and provide access on PS3 and PS4 to the entire music catalog from Spotify, which included more than 30 million songs.

Sony consoles will not be the only ones to benefit from this new service, the tablets and Xperia smartphones will also benefit from that. Sony is considering to implement it later on its connected TVs.

Sony is going to use the Spotify experience in the field in order to catch the failure of Music Unlimited, which finally never managed to find its audience in 5 years.
