Google, Fidelity Invest $1 billion in SpaceX

Google clearly wants to participate in the latest project of Elon Musk and SpaceX to provide Internet to the world via satellite.

The Internet giant, along with Fidelity, has invested $1 billion in Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX), the private rocketry company founded by Elon Musk.

The investment would value SpaceX at roughly $10 billion, this funding will be used to support continued innovation in the areas of space transport, reusability, and satellite manufacturing.
